Permanent Lighting Technical Center

Technical Center for professional permanent roofline lighting. Use these guides to prepare a documented fixture, control, mounting and wiring configuration.

Select the system voltage

Electrical, light and control planning

  • Voltage Drop in Roofline Lighting — Calculate and test cable voltage drop before selecting a roofline branch length. Include fixture load, extension gaps, wire resistance and connector losses.
  • Power Injection and Branch Planning — Plan power distribution, branch protection and signal continuity together. Control-box capacity alone does not define an approved run length.
  • RGBW and RGBCW for Roofline Lighting — Choose the required white-light experience and match the LED channels, driver protocol and controller firmware for the exact roofline fixture revision.
  • Offline Schedules for Permanent Lighting — Evaluate schedule storage, timekeeping, restart behavior and solar-event calculation separately when specifying offline operation.
  • Wet and Damp Location Evidence — Check the exact marked product, certificate scope and installation conditions. Roofline placement and IP ratings do not establish location suitability by themselves.
  • Class 2 and Control-Box Documentation — Evaluate the exact power source, output limits and certification records. Keep control-box capacity, component approval and system certification as separate facts.
